SENIOR DUTY MANAGERS (SDMs)

Our SDMs are a team of highly capable and Experienced Duty Managers who are responsible for the staffing, rotas and shop standards in their group. Each group consists of between 6 and 13 shops, with the SDMs reporting directly to their Area Managers.

DUTY MANAGERS

All of our shops have Duty Managers who assist the Branch Manager, as well as managing the shops in the absence of the Branch Manager. If you don’t have experience when you join us, you will begin your career as a Trainee Duty Manager until you’re up to speed with how we go about things. 

BRANCH MANAGERS

Our Branch Managers are responsible for leading the branch teams and growing the customer base and loyalty, through great teamwork and customer service. They also work closely with the Area Managers and enjoy being part of the wider Area team. 

CASHIERS AND EVENING ASSISTANTS

The role of the Cashier and Evening assistant is working with the rest of the branch team; growing the customer base and loyalty, through great teamwork and customer service. Both roles report into the Duty Manager who will ensure everyone is trained appropriately in line with our standards.
